Why people come to us
I’m self-employed
Irregular income makes the application hard to get right. This is most of our marketplace book.
I just lost my job plan
You have a 60-day special enrollment window, and COBRA is usually not your only option.
We’re covering a family
Kids, pediatric dental, and whether a mixed household can split across plans.
I want to keep my doctor
Whether a plan covers your doctor and your hospital is checkable before you enroll. Here is how.
Enrollment isn’t always openEnrollment isn’t always open — but you may still qualify
Open enrollment in Colorado runs November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027. Enroll by December 15, 2026 for coverage that starts Jan 1. Outside that window you need a qualifying life event — losing any coverage you had, a move, marriage or divorce, a baby or an adoption, turning 26, a change in income or immigration status, or leaving incarceration. More things count than most people expect, and the list is longer than this one. If you are not sure whether yours is on it, ask us before you assume it is not.
