In Lexi's words
Lexi grew up in Jacksonville (go Jags!) and has called Fort Collins home for the last 15 years. Before Grove, she ran enrollment support at Sage Benefit Advisors, an agency she loved, until it was bought and the focus moved from the community to growth.
For Lexi, insurance has always been about people first. She loves sitting down before enrollment, talking through the “what ifs,” and making sure her clients actually understand why they’re choosing a plan... not just clicking submit and hoping for the best. Her job definitely doesn’t end once the application is sent. If a claim gets denied, Medicare sends a letter written in another language (or at least it feels like it), or something just doesn’t look right, she’s ready to play detective. It might actually be her favorite part.
Her goal isn’t to sell you something — it’s to be the person you know you can call when health insurance gets confusing.
Outside of Grove, Lexi is usually training for an Ironman, chasing an adventure, hanging out at a local brewery, or tending to her 11 chickens and her dog, Blue. She loves Fort Collins, loves being part of this community, and believes there’s something pretty special about doing business with people who feel like neighbors.
