Each of us has told people to stay on a group plan, keep PERACare, or take something we get nothing for. If what you already have beats what we can offer, that’s what you’ll hear.
Commission doesn’t pick your plan
Sometimes the right plan for you pays us nothing, and you go on it anyway. What a plan pays is not what decides the recommendation.
A plan we didn’t sell you still gets fixed
Arrive in something that’s wrong for you and the repair pays us nothing, and it still gets done. Sometimes that means waiting for an enrollment period and calling you the week it opens.
Phone and videoWe work by phone and on video
Almost all of this runs over the phone or on a video call. We keep it there on purpose: your prescriptions and your doctors are not a conversation for a table anybody can overhear.
We do not run a walk-in office, so there is no front desk to get past and no drive across town at five o’clock.
