groveba.com is published by Grove Benefit Advisors, LLC, an independent insurance brokerage licensed in Colorado. Using it costs nothing and obliges you to nothing.
The pages here explain how Medicare and marketplace coverage work in general. They are not a recommendation about your situation, because we don’t know your situation until we talk to you. That conversation is free too.
Nothing here is an offer of coverage
Reading this site does not enroll you in anything, does not create an application, and does not bind any carrier. Coverage begins when a carrier or Connect for Health Colorado accepts an application — not before, and not because something on this page said you’d qualify.
Accuracy, and what governs
Premiums, networks, formularies, benefits, and deadlines change, usually once a year and sometimes mid-year. We try hard to keep this site current and we date the pages that carry figures.
Where this site and a carrier’s own documents disagree, the carrier’s documents govern — always. The same goes for anything published by CMS, Medicare.gov, or Connect for Health Colorado. If you notice a conflict, tell us and we’ll fix our page.
Who decides what you qualify for
Not us. Medicare eligibility is determined by the Social Security Administration and CMS. Premium tax credits and marketplace eligibility are determined by Connect for Health Colorado on your application. Anything on this site that helps you work out where you probably stand is an indication, not a determination.
Links to other sites
We link to Medicare.gov, Connect for Health Colorado, and carrier sites because that is where the authoritative answer lives. We don’t control those sites and we aren’t responsible for what they say or what they do with your information once you’re there.
Using what’s on this site
The writing, design, and images here belong to Grove Benefit Advisors, LLC. Read it, print it, and send it to whoever needs it — that’s what it’s for. Republishing it as your own, or scraping it to build a competing site, is not.
Don’t use this site to break the law, misrepresent yourself, or interfere with it working for other people.
