Tina founded Grove with a pretty simple belief: health insurance should be about taking care of people, not just selling them a policy. She wanted to build the kind of agency where doing the right thing for a client always comes first — even when the answer isn’t the easiest one.

Give her an unusual Medicare rule, a confusing carrier answer, or a situation that doesn’t quite add up, and she’ll keep asking questions until she understands the why behind it. She genuinely loves the weird little details of insurance — mostly because knowing them means she can explain things in a way that actually makes sense.

More than anything, Tina wants her clients to feel like they have someone in their corner. Her job doesn’t end when an application is submitted, and no question is too small, too complicated, or something you should already know.

Outside of Grove, Tina’s favorite role is being mom to her amazing 9-year-old daughter, who is truly the light of her life. She loves her people fiercely, spends as much time as she can with family and friends, will use almost any excuse to go to a concert, and is usually accompanied at home by her four-legged shadow, Guinness. Her husband, Andy, reminds her to chase big goals, do hard things, be fair, and keep doing what’s right — especially when it would be easier not to.
